With dry this morning I pulled you out of bed for these wonderful (and exhausting!) 30 miles TEVERINA on the bike path ... E 'was really a morning to be framed and the effort now is just a beautiful memory.
we met Colle del Sole (which inhabits the dry, aka ROBERTO Nardone ...) and beautiful perky we headed down a path of Magliana (Todis front of the supermarket), our point or START Partenza.Ore 8 we left towards Viale Marconi, where we took the path after the bridge Marconi ... From there it was a beautiful series of kilometers, and bridges (many) and many people travel by bike and of course ..
Our 15 kilometers after we have closed Ponte Milvio, practically a few meters from the highway, we got along immediately fall back to the Stadium Race Miguel Rosi ..
Just past the stadium we went back to Ponte Milvio we crossed (and where we drank copious!) And turning left, we "ripappati" the path to our START, closing these 30 miles in 2h: 31.17!! my mom that my calf pain hallucinating, but the important thing was to close them .. also it was quite dry sore .. (think because he could not get off the machine, I held him and I brought home!! hahahahahahaha, it is not true, but there is not much). Of course I have little joke, because I return home on foot after parking, I was overtaken by an old lady of 80 "cents" ... what will it mean ???????
Seriously ... have been hours spent really well and then I dry and we became thick as thieves in the race and that's the beauty of the race .. mix business with pleasure!! Now runners
