Here I am back from the RACE FOR THE CURE ... unfortunately hope to get down under 20 minutes gone on the 4th km, where especially the heat so much that I left that I quit 20:45:17 (this time on my Timex ) ... but I am very happy all the same and I can not complain about anything, also because I gave it all ... it was nice to see a lot of people running and it was fantastic pass to Coliseum for the first time in my life running .. . (I have to wait for the second half to June 20 in Rome) ... only problem, the non-presence of my friend Robert, who had a very last contrattenpo ... send him greetings via a blog, even if we felt just after the race ... Now I just to prepare to go back to work ... unfortunately, the airport never closes, especially on Sunday ... a big salute to all the runners ... and good Sunday ...
